Distilled – Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “Agent” means the organisation from whom you have purchased your Ticket.

  • “Event” means Distilled, a licensed spirits festival held in New Zealand for which you have purchased a Ticket.

  • “Terms” means these terms and conditions.

  • “Ticket” means any ticket or wristband issued for entry to the Event.

  • “Venue” means the location where the Event is held.

  • “We”, “Us” and “Our” means DISTILLED

  • “You”, “Your” means the holder of the Ticket.

2. Event Details

  • The Event will take place at Queens Park, Invercargill, New Zealand on 21 February 2026

3. Ticket Purchase

  • Tickets for Distilled may only be purchased through our official website or authorised ticketing partners.

  • Please be aware of ticket scams. We accept no responsibility or liability for tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers.

4. Ticket Terms

  • Possession of a Ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Age Restrictions

  • Distilled is a licensed R18 event.

  • Entry is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years and over. For clarity, infants and children (including babies in carriers or prams) are not permitted.

  • Valid photo ID may be required for entry and service.

6. Access Requirements

  • If you have accessibility or mobility requirements, please contact us prior to the Event so we can do our best to accommodate you.

7. Ticket Validity and Refunds

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation or where required by law.

  • We reserve the right to alter the Event program, entertainment, or vendor lineup. Changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

8. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If the Event is cancelled, refunds will be processed within 60 days of the cancellation announcement.

  • If the Event is rescheduled, Tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refund requests for rescheduled events must be submitted prior to the original Event date.

9. Responsible Service of Alcohol

  • Distilled is a licensed event. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person who appears intoxicated or who breaches licensing requirements.

  • By attending the Event, you agree to consume alcohol responsibly and comply with all applicable liquor licensing laws and instructions from Event staff.

10. Prohibited Items and Behaviour

  • Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: animals (except registered assistance dogs), illegal substances, glass containers, weapons, and any item deemed unsafe by Event staff.

  • You must comply with all venue rules and instructions from Event staff and security at all times.

11. Photography and Recording

  • Photography and recording for personal use are permitted.

  • Any commercial photography, filming, or recording requires prior written approval and may be subject to a licensing fee.

12. Consent to Use of Image

  • By attending the Event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in promotional materials, advertising, and media coverage without compensation.

13. Code of Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the Event, any person behaving inappropriately, intoxicated, or in breach of these Terms.

  • No refunds will be given for refusal of entry or removal due to breach of conduct or intoxication.

14. Health and Safety

  • Attendees must comply with all health and safety instructions issued by Event organisers, venue staff, or authorities.

15. Environmental Responsibility

  • We are committed to sustainability. Attendees are encouraged to minimise waste and use recycling and composting facilities provided.

16. Parking and Transportation

  • Parking availability may be limited. Attendees are encouraged to plan transport in advance and consider carpooling, public transport, or designated drivers.

17. Lost and Found

  • Lost property can be reported and collected at the Event entry gate during the Event. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after the Event.

18. Local Community

  • Please respect local residents, businesses, and public spaces when attending the Event.

19. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately once published on our website.

20. Weather & Force Majeure

  • The Event will proceed rain or shine, unless otherwise stated.

  • We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.
