• What does my ticket include?

    Enjoy full festival access from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, along with a festival cup to take home. Indulge in complimentary tastings, purchase on site sales from a variety of vendors and take the chance to purchase your favourite bottles on-site. Enjoy live performances by musicians throughout the day with devine food pairings.

  • Are there age restrictions for attending the festival?

    Yes, attendees must be 18 years or older to enter the festival. ID checks will be conducted at the entrance.

  • Can I bring my children to the festival?

    The festival is an R18 event.

  • Is this event wheelchair accessible?

    Yes - but please be aware that this is an outdoor event taking place on grass, the ground may be bumpy and sloped in areas. An accessible toilet is available on-site.

  • Can I get a refund if I can't attend the festival?

    Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it on my phone?

    You have the option to display your ticket on your smartphone or bring a printed copy for scanning at the entrance. Please consider the environment before printing.

  • I purchased a ticket but haven't received it. What should I do?

    Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, please contact us for assistance.

  • Is there food available at the festival?

    Yes, we offer a variety of food vendors that cater to different dietary requirements.

  • Can I bring my own alcohol and food to the festival?

    No, outside alcohol and food is strictly prohibited at the festival as we encourage you to purchase this inside. Security checks will be in place at the entrance.

  • Are pets allowed at the festival?

    Pets are not permitted at the festival, with the exception of service animals

  • Can I bring my own seating?

    There will be limited number of seats provided during the event. Feel free to bring a folding chair or blanket.

  • Is re-entry allowed if I leave the festival grounds?

    No, re-entry is not allowed once you leave the festival grounds, we kindly ask that you bring everything you need with you upon entry.

  • Can I buy tickets at the door?

    Tickets are limited. If the event does not sell out, door sales will be available. To ensure you don't miss out, we encourage you to purchase your ticket in advance.

  • What is the festival’s policy on smoking?

    Smoking and vaping is only permitted in designated smoking areas within the festival grounds. Please look for signage indicating these areas and be mindful of other attendees. Smoking is strictly prohibited outside of this area.

  • How does it work if I I purchase Off-site sales at the festival?

    Although we understand it’s tempting to open your bottles straight away, by law these must not be opened or consumed until you’ve left the festival. If you buy any bottles while you're there, they are taken to the entry gate for safekeeping. Please collect your purchases from here when you leave.

  • Will there be other non-alcoholic drinks available?

    Yes! There will be a large range of non-alcoholic options at the event.

  • When do the gates open?

    The gates open at 1:00 PM, giving you full access to all the festival activities until 7:00 PM.

  • WHERE IS THE EVENT?

    The festival location is in Queens Park at the Band Rotunda.

  • What weather consideration does the event have?

    The Festival will provide marquees and umbrellas for shade. If it rains, marquees will be in place for shelter.
