FOOD VENDOR Application Form 2026

If you’re interested in participating, please complete the food vendor application form by October 1, 2025.

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, 21 February 2026

  • Location: Queens Park, Band Rotunda, Invercargill

  • Time: 1:00pm – 7:00pm

  • Stalls: Limited to alcohol 15 vendors, made up of craft beer, spirits, wine.

  • Limited food vendors to 8.

  • We invite you to create a menu offering unique food pairings of Southland Cuisine

  • Numbers: Expected numbers 2000-2500.

Sales:

  • On-site and off-site licence alcohol sales.

Stallholder Fee Inclusions:

  • $100 deposit to secure your site

  • 10% commission on sales - $100 deposit to be deducted from commission.

  • Power is included

  • Waste management

  • Security

  • Marketing
