If you’re interested in participating, please complete the food vendor application form by October 1, 2025.

Date: Saturday, 21 February 2026
Location: Queens Park, Band Rotunda, Invercargill
Time: 1:00pm – 7:00pm
Stalls: Limited to alcohol 15 vendors, made up of craft beer, spirits, wine.
Limited food vendors to 8.
We invite you to create a menu offering unique food pairings of Southland Cuisine
Numbers: Expected numbers 2000-2500.
Sales:
On-site and off-site licence alcohol sales.
Stallholder Fee Inclusions:
$100 deposit to secure your site
10% commission on sales - $100 deposit to be deducted from commission.
