Date: Saturday, 21 February 2026
Location: Queens Park, Band Rotunda, Invercargill
Time: 1:00pm – 7:00pm
Stalls: Limited to alcohol 15 vendors, made up of craft beer, spirits, wine
Unique food pairings of Southland Cuisine
Numbers: Expected numbers 2000-2500. (Sell out 3000)
All drinks to be served from Event Branded Cups
Sales:
On-site and off-site licence sales.
Stallholder Fee Inclusions:
1 x Eftpos terminal for on-site sales
3x3m or 3x6m marquee with installation
Fascia signage
10 amp power
1 x trestle table
Ice bank (18 bags per vendor)
Waste management
Security
Marketing
