Stallholder Application Form 2027
If you’re interested in participating, please complete the stallholder application form by the 10th of June 2026.
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, 20 February 2027
Location: Queens Park, Band Rotunda, Invercargill
Time: 1:00pm – 8:00pm (1 hour longer than 2026)
Stalls: To be limited to 20 alcohol vendors, made up of craft beer, spirits, wine
Unique food pairings of Southland Cuisine
Numbers: Expected numbers 3500-4500
All drinks to be served from Event Branded Cups
Sales:
On-site and off-site licence sales.
Stallholder Fee Inclusions:
3×3m site - 1 x Eftpos terminal for on-site sales
3×6m site - 2 x Eftpos terminal for on-site sales
3x3m or 3x6m marquee with installation
Fascia signage
10 amp power
1 x trestle table
Ice bank (18 bags per vendor)
