Stallholder Application Form 2026

If you’re interested in participating, please complete the stallholder application form by October 1, 2025.

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, 21 February 2026

  • Location: Queens Park, Band Rotunda, Invercargill

  • Time: 1:00pm – 7:00pm

  • Stalls: Limited to alcohol 15 vendors, made up of craft beer, spirits, wine

  • Unique food pairings of Southland Cuisine

  • Numbers: Expected numbers 2000-2500. (Sell out 3000)

  • All drinks to be served from Event Branded Cups

Sales:

  • On-site and off-site licence sales.

Stallholder Fee Inclusions:

  • 1 x Eftpos terminal for on-site sales

  • 3x3m or 3x6m marquee with installation

  • Fascia signage

  • 10 amp power

  • 1 x trestle table

  • Ice bank (18 bags per vendor)

  • Waste management

  • Security

  • Marketing
