Stallholder Application Form 2027

If you’re interested in participating, please complete the stallholder application form by the 10th of June 2026.

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, 20 February 2027

  • Location: Queens Park, Band Rotunda, Invercargill

  • Time: 1:00pm – 8:00pm (1 hour longer than 2026)

  • Stalls: To be limited to 20 alcohol vendors, made up of craft beer, spirits, wine

  • Unique food pairings of Southland Cuisine

  • Numbers: Expected numbers 3500-4500

  • All drinks to be served from Event Branded Cups

Sales:

  • On-site and off-site licence sales.

Stallholder Fee Inclusions:

  • 3×3m site - 1 x Eftpos terminal for on-site sales

  • 3×6m site - 2 x Eftpos terminal for on-site sales

  • 3x3m or 3x6m marquee with installation

  • Fascia signage

  • 10 amp power

  • 1 x trestle table

  • Ice bank (18 bags per vendor)

  • Waste management

  • Security

  • Marketing
